The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the State of Texas who are twenty-one (21) years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Belo Corporation, UPICKEM, and each of their respective subsidiaries, parents, partners, other Sweepstakes sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies (hereinafter "Sponsors") Universal City Development Partners, Ltd. (hereinafter “Prize Provider”) and the immediate family members of each, and any persons living with, any such employees are not eligible to enter or win prizes. The term “immediate family members” includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.

HOW TO ENTER: You may enter online at www. dallasnews.com/universalorlando. Be sure to follow all instructions and observe the deadline (see DEADLINES below). ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER DAY FOR THE DURATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES.

DEADLINES: The Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 a.m. CST on Sunday, April 1, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CST on Saturday, May 19, 2012.

No submissions will be accepted after each deadline identified above for any reason. Administrator's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Participants entering close to the posted deadline do so with this information in mind.

No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor, Prize Provider or Administrator for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries become the property of Sponsors. Multiple entries by the same person per day, including those made electronically by one person using one or more e-mail accounts, will result in disqualification. All e-mail entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account that may be identified with a natural person by appropriate independent means, including, without limitation, reverse domain name search. Potential winners may be requested to provide Sponsor and Administrator with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZES: There will be six (6) Prizes (“Prizes”) awarded. Prize winners (“Winners”) will receive a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for Winner and up to three (3) guests (“Guest(s)”) to Universal Orlando® Resort in Orlando, Florida.

•Trip will include round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and up to three (3) Guests from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport to Orlando, FL; three (3) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at Loews® Royal Pacific Resort (or another on-site hotel as determined by Prize Provider in their sole discretion); non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Orlando, FL; 3-Day/2-Park Tickets for both Universal Orlando Theme Parks for Winner and up to three (3) Guests; attendance at one (1) Blue Man Group performance (exact date and time to be determined by UO in their sole discretion) for Winner and up to three (3) guests; and 1 day tickets to Wet ‘n Wild for Winner and up to three (3) guests. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Trip is three thousand six hundred and seventy-one dollars and forty-six cents ($3,671.46). If Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her Prize with fewer than thee (3) guests or no Guest, the prize will be awarded to Winner and each participating Guest and any remainder of the Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. All elements of the Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. If Winner is between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty-one (21), he/she must be accompanied by an adult of at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to check into the on-site hotel. Specific travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blackout dates, and other prize and travel restrictions. Trip must be completed within one (1) year from the end-date of the promotion or Prize will be forfeited. Reservations are subject to availability. Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to intended departure date. Travel dates are subject to Prize Provider and Sponsor approval. ARV of Prize may vary depending upon the points of departure, ground transportation, and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated ARV and final ARV of Prize will not be awarded. Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, transportation between winner’s residence and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation while in Florida, phone calls, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the Prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of Winner. Winner is responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, and security charges. Once issued, tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. Travel arrangements must be made through Prize Provider. All Prize elements must be redeemed at the same time.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash; substitutions may not be requested. By participating in the Sweepstakes and accepting a prize, participants and winner will be deemed to agree to these Rules. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local income and any other taxes, fees and surcharges. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued for all prizes by the Sponsor. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

WINNER SELECTION: Winner selection shall take place on or about May 21, 2012 at 317 North 11th Street, St. Louis, MO The winners will be selected by a random drawing from all qualified entries received by the deadline. Winner selection will be made by Administrator, whose decision shall be final. The winner will be notified by e-mail or phone on or near date specified. If a winner is unreachable after two (2) business days, an alternate winner will be selected by a random drawing from the remaining qualified entries. In order to be named a winner, potential winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Prize Acceptance Form/Release of liability upon accepting a prize. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.

USE OF SWEEPSTAKES INFORMATION: Notwithstanding any contrary provision in any Sponsor's or Administrator's respective privacy policies, Participants grant to Sponsors, Prize Provider and Sponsors reserve, the right to use any and all information related to the Sweepstakes, including information provided by Participants in connection with the Sweepstakes, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law. Participants may be required to sign a release, which grants to Sponsors the right to use and publish their proper name and state of residence online or in any other media in connection with the Sweepstakes. By accepting a prize, winner(s) may be required to sign a release that grants permission to Sponsors to use his or her name, photograph, likeness, voice, prize information and/or biographical information for publicity and promotional purposes without future compensation unless prohibited by law. By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsors, Administrators, Prize Provider and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

CONDUCT: By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Official Rules will be posted at www.dallasnews.com throughout the Sweepstakes. Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Web site; or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules. You agree that in your participation in the Sweepstakes you will not use obscene, libelous or slanderous language, or language that infringes upon a third party's trademark, trade name or other intellectual property right or right of privacy. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsors and Administrator and each of their respective subsidiaries, parents, partners, or other Sweepstakes sponsors, officers, consultants, agents, and employees against and from all claims, damages liabilities, costs and expenses asserted by third parties alleging that the Sweepstakes includes obscenity, libel, slander, or infringes upon the third party's intellectual property or privacy rights, as a direct result of your actions in connection with the Sweepstakes. You further agree to not knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes or to prevent others' participation in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE BELO WEB SITES OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Winners assume liability for losses or injuries caused or claimed to be caused by participating in the Sweepstakes, or by the acceptance, possession, use of, or failure to receive any prize. Sponsors and Administrator are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including legal restrictions, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsors or Administrator that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.
